What type of slats to choose, wood or aluminum ?

Please note that we now only supply the bench with aluminum slats. If you would like to order a bench with wooden slats, please ask for a quote on the contact page. Additional time will be required for their manufacture.

Wooden slats are traditional. However, as with all wooden products, they require care, especially when exposed to the elements. In the old days, towns used to strip and repaint chairs every year. Wooden slats are hand-cut and require a great deal of care in their manufacture.

Aluminum slats are much more durable and require less maintenance. The cataphoresis (high-temperature) paint treatment on aluminum slats makes them as hard-wearing as cars. We manufacture and treat our aluminum slats from start to finish.

Certificate of authenticity and personalized plate(s)

Our chairs are unique and come with a certificate of authenticity and a serial number to identify them. We affix a standard plate with its numbers on the back of each chair.

These plates can be personalized with the name of the recipients or any mention of less than 37 letters. If you wish, you can order a personalized plate with each of your chairs.
